And when necessary, CDGDC has the authority to independently conduct similar tasks entrusted by any social establishments.　　To undertake the tasks of test-paper setting and test administration for the the national tests for the equivalently qualified master (or doctoral)degreeapplicants.　　To engage in the researchondegree equivalency between China and othercountries, between Chinese mainland and Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR as well as Taiwan;to provide counseling service of qualification recognition.
